Terms & Conditions for the fulfilment of orders of your product/service 1. We will require you to send us a clear photo of your pet, their name and a few of their personality traits (cute is not counted, as we know they all are cute :p) on our email id 2. We will require around 5-7 business days to make and send the digital portrait to you 3. The file you will receive will be in JPEG Format (for digital format) 4. The printed portrait will be in A5 size and delivery date will depend on availability of printers.
